Our first bakery in Thailand is located in the buzzing Silom district of Bangkok. Bringing our Scandinavian style of baking to Thailand has been a goal since we opened our first location in 2021.

Silom is a departure from our natural expression. The concrete structure demanded a different approach, reflecting the harder edges and heavier atmosphere in the space. While the obsessive attention to detail remains, the material choice here is different, taking inspiration from Paul Kjærholm’s stainless steel universe. Materials were sourced both in Thailand and closer to home, with beautiful Thai marble alongside pieces from Danish furniture houses Frama and Thorup.
