You're eligible to return products bought online within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging.
Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
Special holiday return policy: Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 for a full refund, subject to regular guidelines in this return policy.
If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you'll get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.
Return shimpment costs are free in Denmark.
International return shipment cost is $15.0 / €13.4. This amount will be deducted from your refund upon receival of your return shipment.
How to return a product
1. Please contact us for a return number
If you wish to return a product, whether this is due to your convenience or defect, please contact us for a Return Number (RET). Simply send us a message with the information below and we will respond within 1-2 business days with your Return Number (RET) and your return label.
Please provide the following info:
- Order number
- Email address
- Info on which product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received upon purchase.
Please do not sent the products to us before you have received your RET Number.
2. Send us your return
Write your RET number on the outside of your package as well as on a slip of paper with the product that you will return and follow the guide in the email sent to you with your return label.
Please understand that we cannot cover the entire return shipping costs (international orders).
Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 4-6 business days of receipt of your return.
1.1 This policy (the “Return Policy”) apply to all orders placed by you as a consumer via our webshop (“Webshop”).
1.2 We may revise our Return Policy without notice by posting the revised policy on our website. Changes will however only apply for any orders placed after the implementation of the policy.
1.3 Please read our Return Policy carefully and check that the details in your order are complete and accurate before submitting the order.

2. CANCELLING ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
2.1 You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any rea-son, provided we haven’t shipped the product(s). If you wish to cancel your order, please check the status of your order in your account.
3. RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER DELIVERY
3.1 If you use your right of withdrawal, you have an obligation to return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the day on which you have communicated to us that you invoke your right of withdrawal.
Exception to your right to return
3.6 Except where prohibited and without limitation to any statutory rights for consumers, the statutory right of returning products does not apply for the following products:
(1) Products which has been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery;
(2) Products which consist of food, beverages or other goods for the consumption of a household;
(3) Tickets to events or courses held by us or our partners
4. RETURNING ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
4.1 You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them in accordance with mandatory law. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be re-funded.
4.2 La Cabra shall have no liability for any defect to the extent caused by ordinary wear and tear; use of products other than for intended use; failure to observe instructions for the installation, operation, mainte-nance, cleaning or repair of the products; or any alteration or rebuild-ing of the products.
4.3 If you are a consumer subject to EU law, your right to return a defective product runs for two years from delivery of the product and you may have several statutory rights in this context.

5. OUR REIMBURSEMENT
5.1 If you wish to return a product, we shall reimburse to you the payments received, excluding the delivery costs, if applicable. We strive to reim-burse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. We may how-ever choose to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products.
5.2 Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
