We feel fortunate to live in a time where the coffee cherry

– like never before – is being praised for it’s unique, innate qualities and complexities. By sourcing and roasting some of the finest and cleanest coffees available to us, we are contributing to the highest quality of craftsmanship in the specialty coffee market. We are forever curious and always uncompromising in our quest for delicious coffees.

Our purpose

- is to give our guests a focused and delicious coffee experience that challenges the conventional views of coffee. Our coffees are aromatic and clean; coffees that should be enjoyed for their rare and interesting character and taste. We roast gently and lightly, with an utmost respect for the raw material.

We believe in a meaningful and honest coffee trade. By paying a higher price for our seasonal lots we contribute to benefitting those farmers that go to greater lengths to produce the finest flavour of coffee.

Not only do our methods ensure the maximum quality of the cup, we also ensure the greatest benefit to the the local environment, and to a more transparent and sustainable coffee trade.
