This year’s selection from

Cafe Granja La Esperanza

Over the next month, we will be releasing our picks of this year’s harvest from our good friends at Cafe Granja La Esperanza. We visited during our trip to Colombia last year, touring Fincas Potosí and Las Margaritas in Valle de Cauca and cupping at the CGLE lab in Caicedonia. We were more than impressed by the work we saw. The level of attention to detail in the field and in the wet mill is some of the most precise we have seen, and this translated clearly into the extraordinary cups we were able to taste in the lab. Now 5 years into our relationship with the team from Granja, we now feel more familiar with their incredible raw material than ever before, and are proud to present this year’s selection, one of the broadest and most thought-provoking we have yet had the pleasure to share with you.
