AeroPress set, Scale, Timer, Grinder, Pitcher

Brew Time:

Water:
210g (7.4oz) purified water at 92-94C (197-201F)

Coffee:
14,5g (0.51oz)

Method

Place your aeropress upside down, preheat with hot water. Put the filter cap and paper filter on your pitcher rinse with hot water.

Grind your coffee to a slightly coarser than a filter setting.

Empty the AeroPress and add the coffee.

Tare your scale, start you time and the hot water to the coffee.

After 60 seconds stir four times.

Put the filter cap on, flip the aeropress and place on the pitcher.

At 1 minute and 30 seconds, plunge for 30 seconds.
